Impact

From ideas to brands with impact.

Each of these projects is clear proof that when a brand is built with purpose, clarity and strategy, positive impact doesn't come at the expense of profitability: it powers it.

Some brands I've driven
960 case
Graphic solutions · Strategic rebranding

960

960 is a company with over 15 years of experience in graphic solutions for the point of sale. When they reached out, they were about to take on a rebrand, but they wanted to go beyond a cosmetic change: to rethink the brand from the ground up.

We started a strategic process to define, for the first time, key elements they'd never laid out: purpose, values, tone, differentiation. In every workshop we discovered that behind their track record there was a deeper vision: to be true allies to their clients, creating impact through graphics and through the way they relate.

The result: a clearer, more human brand, more aligned with who they'd always been — now with the tools to tell it with strength and consistency.

“We managed to purify the brand and build a real positioning strategy, based on our values and on what we want for the future.”
Campos Lagazu case
Regenerative ranching

Campos Lagazu

Campos Lagazu is dedicated to regenerative ranching, working with both breeding stock and cattle for consumption. What sets them apart isn't only the consistent quality of their products, but everything behind it: a production model that improves the soil year after year, a serious commitment to animal welfare, and a social lens that puts their people at the center.

After auditing their brand and ordering its architecture, we worked on a strategy that now lets them communicate their differentiators with clarity, consistency and strength. The goal is clear: to position themselves as sector leaders in the coming years. And they're on their way.

They had everything they needed to be leaders. All that was missing was for the brand to say it properly.

La Raíz Impact Lab case
Impact Lab

La Raíz — Impact Lab

I met Giulia and Michelle in one of those meetings where everything clicks from minute one. Their energy and vision were as clear as they were hard to pin down. And that was the real challenge.

La Raíz Impact Lab was an ambitious project, designed to connect three worlds that rarely talk to each other: investors and donors; workers; and communities in vulnerable situations. The goal: to drive impact projects that transform territories — and the way they're done.

But there was a problem: La Raíz wasn't an NGO, nor a for-profit company, nor a traditional consultancy. It was a bit of everything. Building a brand for something like that took precision, sensitivity and strategy. We worked in depth to define architecture, structure, narrative and positioning. Today the brand already breathes with its own identity, and we keep working together to amplify its impact.

Some projects don't fit any box… and that's what makes them unique. The brand has to rise to it.

STUDIO Coworking case
Coworking & Offices

STUDIO

Studio was a personal project born with a clear purpose: to give local founders and teams a place to focus, create and scale their ideas with the conditions an ambitious project needs to grow.

But it wasn't just about nice offices and good Wi-Fi. From the start, Studio was designed as an ecosystem of momentum, where collaboration, community and professionalism live in the same place.

Over time, the project evolved. Beyond boosting the impact of those who work there, we set out to minimize our environmental footprint: we brought sustainable initiatives into daily operations with a clear north — to become an environmentally positive space. Because we believe the environment is part of the team too.

Perfect Harmony Real Estate case
Real Estate · Brand Management

Perfect Harmony Real Estate

From a one-off consultation to a strategic transformation. This project started as external advisory focused on their brand platform. As we spotted opportunities to improve and grow, the relationship deepened: I stepped in as brand manager, closely supporting the company's evolution.

Perfect Harmony Real Estate is a Mexican developer that represents and markets some of the most luxurious — and sustainable — projects in the Caribbean. Today it has a clear, consistent and strategic brand platform.

This not only improved its positioning against new developments, it also helped order internal processes, optimize communication and scale with more solidity. Because a well-built brand doesn't just look better: it works better.
